Founded in the 1970s, we started producing rubber profiles under four different titles: Ucler Kaucuk, Ucler Profil, Ucler Otomotiv Lastik Urunleri and Pikasan Plastik Kaucuk Sanayi A.S.  In the 1980s, in order to acquire a stronger structure, we united these companies under the corporate name of PIKASAN PLASTIK KAUCUK SANAYI. Our factory is a modern facility, established on a 10.000m2 of land and 8500 m2 closed area, located in the industrial region of Kurtköy, Istanbul.  Production capacity of PIKASAN PLASTIK KAUCUK is 9000 tons/ year.

Our first products were for the Automotive sector.  Rubber profiles for PVC, Aluminum doors and windows came next.  PIKASAN PLASTIK KAUCUK, with the certification of American Quality Assessors, has established a quality management system that is in compliance with the International Quality System Standard ISO 9001 and Q9001-2000.

We mostly use EPDM as raw material; however, according to special needs NR, NBR, SBR and Silicon Rubbers are also used. Unless otherwise specified by the customer, DIN 7715 Teil3 E2 is the norm for measurement, and DIN 7863 is the norm for the compound. We have a wide product range. Besides that, through our modern laboratory and die making division,  we also produce miscellaneous custom design profiles.
